Two Weeks Away....

I will be leaving for London in exactly two weeks. I've called my banks and all that jazz. I have a room booked in Paris for an overnight visit if I can now figure out how to get there without spending a fortune!!! The chunnel got more and more expensive as each day passed and now it's looking virtually impossible to make it over. Any suggestions?
